Platzreife on Mallorca?

The spanish golf license (solicitud de licencia federativa), provided by the Royal Spanish Federation, is the perfect option for those that want to start with a competitive handicap.

Designed for those that want to compete, this license will provide a starting hcp 36 for a more competitive level. Unlike other licenses, such as the Platzreife which requires a ruling exam and has a starting 54 hcp, the spanish golf license (solicitud de licencia federativa) doesn't have any mandatory exam and will consist mostly of the golf courses handicap requirements. It is also valid worldwide.

In order to play you don't have to be a member in a golf club and it's just an annually fee of 99 €.
